Sleep Restriction


Sleep restriction is a very effective way to quickly reestablish a regular sleeping routine. I generally suggest starting with Sleep Hygiene techniques first.  If these are unsuccessful, then give sleep restriction a try.  Though once your sleep pattern is reestablished, make sure to continue with good sleep hygiene, otherwise, you’ll be likely to slip right back into a dysfunction sleep pattern.
